Forester As we’ve discovered on other projects, so many of the houses in the Chicago area have been built without regard for the possibilities of their site. This house, bordered on two sides by a large public park, is one of several in the development that are the same. To make this house a home that functions for its family as it should while also responding to its site, we’re adding a family room with an extensive, east facing glass wall.
